This is one of the most recent albums from Whitehouse spin-off, Sutcliffe Jügend.
I enjoyed this, overall. It's "power ambient", if there is such a genre. Power electronics' lyrical content and style with a more drone/ambient-style backing. Lyrics very well-delivered, ominous, numinous, abusive - lyrics themselves difficult to take seriously at times, a little melodramatic, but I think that may to some extent have been intended. Revisiting Whitehouse themes of eating disorders, self-injury, and personality disorders. Good stuff.
7/10 - marked down a little because it doesn't really start to take effect until the fourth track, and because the lyrics veer towards the melodramatic.
